Shipping policy

Please note order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout.

The below information is for retail customers only, please note different rates apply for wholesale orders. 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

$10 flat rate shipping to within Australia for orders under $150AUD

$0 delivery for orders over $150AUD. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Boutique, Shop 3/13 Wharf St, Murwillumbah NSW 2484. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturdays. Please note we are closed Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

 

We are happy to provide a quote for international shipping. Please complete your cart (but don't checkout/pay) and message us via the chat function during business hours or email us at info@firelilee.com.au and we can arrange a quote for you. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@firelilee.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Carriers

We use Aramex, Star Track and Australia Post for our shipments. If you have a preference from the 3 listed please put a note on your order and we will do our best to accommodate. If the option you have chosen is significantly more expensive than our preferred courier for your area this may attract an additional cost. All orders delivered to a PO Box will be sent via Australia Post only.
